who is this?  Cream?   seems NTM, I'll give it BOSFRA

My guess is John Mayall and the Bluesbreakers.  But just a guess.  The Cream version sounds quite a bit different.

Swinging London! LOL!  I don't think we've heard this clip before.

BOS7 "I'm Bored"! The Bonzo Dog Band with another bustout-of-the-weekmonth contender.

The Flying Nun --> Gladys Knight. Guess AL couldn't find any Mormon clips. BOS5.

Sally Field actually charted a Hot 100 single in '67, "Felicidad"; AL shoulda segued into that.
I'll have to look that one up. Any good?

er.... no. I loves me some Sally, but no.

How 'bout a spoonful?
Who's providing us with this lovin' Spoonful?  Fleetwood Mac?

ah, that's a good call. sounds like Peter Green's guitar, but not sure about the organ. Did PG'sFM feature any keys?

ETA: any chance it could be Ten Years After?

as I've mentioned on fb, I was an early fan of Ten Years After, and saw them at least once, if not twice, at Fillmore West.  I'll try to hear the replay.  This would've floored me if I'd heard it live!  In earlier answers, Peter Green's FM did have Christine Perfect occasionally play, but not as a constant member while Peter was in the band.  I always thought the sustained notes in this version were reminiscent of Peter's "Supernatural."

Forgettable but pleasant: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uopgTJOJHI0 ... At least she's no Singing Nun.

oddly, they were both OHWs. But while "Sister Smile" went to #1, Sister Bertrille had to settle for #94.

Soeur Sourire's story truly saddens me, much as I can't stand to listen to "Dominique" all the way through.  The Belgian government demanded back taxes on her income, which she'd given entirely to her convent; facing financial difficulties, she and her partner committed suicide in '85.   :-[
