Wow, even more abrupt ending than the last one--didn't even get Don Pardo! I'm sorry, this is just wrong.
Let's get right to it.

missed the set while donatign blood, but was in the car when Rosalie intro'd the bonus track.  She said a Foghead called in to say that this was "the best damn set since Dave Morey left", and that she (Rosalie) would have to tell Annalisa that her efforts were appreciatated.

But now that I got to the end of your posts it seems clear that Rosalie made a major faux pas there.

I missed her comment -- did she say it with an amused tone of voice at least, like she was in on the irony?  But as I said earlier, the casual Foghead isn't paying close attention in any case -- that guy didn't realize AL has been on vacay for TWO WEEKS? I realize we're all geeks here, but... Good Gawd!

I'm thinking that the Foghead in question didn't realize that it was a Dave replay, not that he hadn't noticed that Annalisa had been gone.  In either case, Rosalie should have caught on.

10/23/09 - FRIDAY!!!  Today's "Classic" is from...1970!!

   1.  The Temptations - Psychedelic Shack
   2.  Mountain - Mississippi Queen
   3.  Derek & the Dominoes - Why Does Love Got to Be So Sad
   4.  Beatles (yeah!) - Let it Be
   5.  Edwin Starr - War
   6.  Van Morrison - Into the Mystic
   7.  Paul McCartney - Junk
   8.  The Who - Summertime Blues
   9.  Three Dog Night - Out in the Country
  10.  Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young - Carry On

BONUS TRACK:  Bob Dylan - If Not For You

Yeesh, they won't play Dave's voice, but they'll put his misspelled "yeah" after the Beatles.
Let's get right to it.
