Urth missed a great one. Must be at the p[ractical cheese making class.
Nope, we're back from Corvallis, but you're right that I missed a good one. Had some stuff to do this morning, so didn't tune in til the very tag end of Star, which means all I really heard was Boz. Will certainly be tuned in tonight.
As to the
Slow Dancer/Silk Degrees comparison, we've certainly heard more from
Silk than
Slow (just realized that the acronym won't work when comparing these--they're identical) but we're not close to hearing all of either. Only three songs in the DB from
Slow Dancer (Angel Lady, Slow Dancer, You Make It So Hard (To Say No)) to six from
Silk Degrees (Love Me Tomorrow, Lowdown, What Can I Say, It's Over, Lido Shuffle, and just once, Georgia) but there are still four not listed from the latter record: Jump Street, What Do You Want the Girl to Do?, Harbor Lights, and We're All Alone). I could certainly picture three of those appearing at some point, but Jump Street was never a hit, don't think it got any airplay at all.
