HM to Todd, in another case of Dave preferring another over the hit version (I doubt he's ever playedx ED&JFC's Top 10er from '79 or '80).

Demerits, though, for rhyming "down and out" with "hope's run out."  And that "man in your heart" line always makes me cringe, too.  But the big blowout drums at the end seal it for me.
