Good day for a meeting, methinks.

Leading with The Call, Let the Day Begin.
Let's get right to it.

Points to DM for a pointed segue:

Reagan's farewell and the swearing in of Shrub the Elder, followed by Chris Rea, Road to Hell.

"This ain't no upwardly mobile freeway...this is the road to hell."
Let's get right to it.

REM's Stand was #3, followed by a clip about Ollie North's legal troubles, and then Stevie Ray's Riviera Paradise.
Let's get right to it.

Now playing: a song I'm not recognizing that is almost certainly called "She's Got The Look", but AMG is not turning it up under that name.

Ah, followed by a near-certain BOS, both popular and from me: Todd's The Want of a Nail. This was recorded with the band that was largely scavenged from the wreckage of Bourgeois Tagg--Larry Tagg (bass), Lyle Workman (guitar), and Mike Urbano (drums) all played on Nearly Human.
Let's get right to it.

Johnny Clegg & Savuka Cruel Crazy Beautiful World
Bob Dylan, Everything is Broken
Don Henley, End of the Innocence
Something very synthy?

Another meh set, imo.
Let's get right to it.

You didn't know the legendary Roxette?  They're a juvenile hammer.  Or something like that.  They're Swedish.
“The choir of children sing their song.  They've practiced all year long.  Ding dong.  Ding dong.  Ding dong.”
