I never knew anything about the pot aspect until I moved here, and I still don't know the history/etymology of it.  But last night Powers was sitting in for Big Rick, and his 'weekend salute' started, as always, with "Smoke Two Joints" but then he rounded it out with "One Toke Over The Line", "Legalize It" & "Rainy Day Women #12 & #35".  

He didn't explain either, just said "Happy 4/20 Fogheads!"
