RIP Michael Brecker

He died last Saturday of leukemia, at 57.

Dave (or somebody) needs to play "Sneakin' Up Behind You" in the next 1975 set.


TANC: JJ just played "Sneakin' Up..." on his Sat nite show -- and it's as delightful as I remembered it, a sort of Crusaders-meets-Kool & the Gang thang.  Surprising, really that it's not on Dave's radar, given his fondness for "Put It Where You Want It".  And also surprising that "Sneakin'..." never made the Pop Top 40.
