Just watched the Ball Drop in Times Square with Anderson Cooper -- what's with the "Glad Ny Ar" across the bottom of the screen? Do they think they have a large Norwegian contingent in the audience? (they're not alternating it with other languages, they just keep showing "Glad Ny Ar" repeatedly. WTF?) Meanwhile I'm listening to Little Steven's New Year's show. The man is invaluable -- he just did one of his great anti-religion rants. I can only imagine what kind of nasty emails he gets from the heartland...
HAPPY NEW YEAR all!
