pre-set treat: Joni, "Coyote".

BOS2 Ms Ronstadt, asking when will she be loved... well, as soon as you meet the Princess of Cairo, my dear!

BOS3 the Mighty Zep, "Night Flight" -- damn, I don't think I've ever heard this one on the radio outside of maybe an LZ A-to-Z .

VHM Chicago, "Old Days" -- cheezy boomer nostalgia tho' it may be, it's something of a sledgehammer.

BOS4 another rarity: F.Mac with The Legendary Christine Perfect, "Sugar Daddy."

Actually, except for the little-heard Zep & Mac, this was fairly predictable stuff, considering what a roll Bob's been on the past 10 days.

But hey, tomorrow it's 1969!

I'll look forward to (hopefully) hearing this tonight.  "Why Can't We Be Friends" is still an all-time fave of mine, and the Chicago track has a lot of novelty value for me (as in newness, not as in comedy).
“The choir of children sing their song.  They've practiced all year long.  Ding dong.  Ding dong.  Ding dong.”
