the Bonnaroo festival promoter, and his name was Ashley Katz. My first thought was, whatthehell kind of Jewish guy is named "Ashley"? (A Southern one, I suppose.) But more importantly, he's from Nashville, which makes him...

and today they interviewed Steve Earle, who is always a great guy.

Steve E. (on moving to NY soon):  I'll still keep my house in Nashville, but I've been there 30 years & it feels done.  A lot of my friends from both coasts moved to Nashville over the years under the impression that it is easier to protect your kids from gangs than from Baptists, but it's kind of a toss-up.
