Springsteen double-spin is a cop-out.  I would have replaced one of them (they're both fine songs) with U2, "Where the Streets Have No Name."

Or Prince's "Alphabet Street."

Or Arthur Conley's "Funky Street", his overlooked follow-up to "Sweet Soul Music".

playing any song without "street" in the title is a copout. there's more than plenty from which to choose.

I'm willing to cut some slack based on "street" vs. "lane" vs. "road" but yeah, the two Bruce songs are bool-sheet. Especially since they're off the same goddam album.

That said, I'd submit:

Green Flower Street
On the Street Where You Live
Let's get right to it.

Let's do a "Highway" set:

Key to the Highway, Derek and the Dominos
Roll on Down the Highway, BTO
Highway Star, Deep Purple
Highway Song, Blackfoot
Highway to Hell, AC/DC
Ventura Highway, America
Highway 61 Revisited, Dylan

And then I did a search...
