Some good selections so far on this rerun, but BOS to "Surf's Up," a nice coincidence as I just watched a documentary on the making of last year's Smile this weekend.
“The choir of children sing their song.  They've practiced all year long.  Ding dong.  Ding dong.  Ding dong.”

The set went something like this:

1. James Brown, "Make It Funky"
2. Pink Floyd, "One of These Days"
3. James Gang, "Walk Away"
4. Brewer & shipley, "One Toke Over the Line"
5. Supremes, "Nathan Jones"
6. Led Zep, "Going to California"
7. Beach Boys, "Surf's Up"
8. Rod Stewart, "Reason to Believe"
9. Undisputed Truth, "Smiling Faces Sometimes"
10. Hamilton, Joe Frank & Reynolds, "Don't Pull Your Love"

I can't see any way of making it better or more diverse.

I was listening but not logged on...  a "classic" worthy of the name, even if the JB was the short version.   Betcha it's '80s & '90s thru Thursday.

And I just realized January brings us a Friday the 13th... one of 2 this year (the other's October).

I meant to mention that during the backsell, Dave made a reference to "BOS votes on the Yahoo 10@10 Club" -- which makes this the oldest "classic" we've gotten in a while, methinks.
