Top 5 Clapton Cuts
« Reply #15 on: December 19, 2005, 04:40:10 PM »
as far as Layla goes, only the first few cuts are just Clapton:

So, I picked one of those, seeing as I feel Duane's influence is so transcendant on the rest of the tracks.

Here's my iMix url:

I would have chosen something from the 30th Anniversary Dylan Concert, "Don't Think Twice, It's All Right," but the iTunes store doesn't have it

All Your Love   3:36   John Mayall & The Bluesbreakers   Blues Breakers With Eric Clapton
Spoonful (Live)   16:46   Cream   Wheels of Fire
Let It Rain   5:01   Eric Clapton   Eric Clapton
Keep on Growing   6:22   Derek & The Dominos   Layla and Other Assorted Love Songs
Swing Low, Sweet Chariot   3:33   Eric Clapton   There's One in Every Crowd
Don't stand in the way of LOVE!

I can't be the only one who's shocked -- shocked! -- that you didn't go with "Lay Down Sally."   :P
