Bob's really in the spirit: he bookended the set with Xmas tunes. "Christmas Wrapping" to start and Bob & Doug Mckenzie (!) to close. Holly Jolly BOSes to both.

Other BOSes: John Hall Band "Crazy"; Clash "Radio Clash"

VHM Blasters "Marie Marie"; Po-Pos "Spirits/material World"

LNs: "Waiting on a Friend", "Ababcab", "I <3 RnR"; "Shake it Up"

Thur 12/11/14: Dec 1968

LNs: Canned Heat, Marvin, Stones, Steve Miller

BOSes: Otis, "Merry Xmas baby"; Traffic "40K Headmen"; Nazz, "Open My Eyes"; Jimi "Voodoo Chile"

VHM a Fab four Twin-Spin, "Back in the USSR/Dear Prudence". The LP we all got for Xmas that year.

"Son of a Preacher Man" is surely LN at this point but it's still fab.

and as usual, this Sixties set went to eleven.

Mike + Mechanics, Mr Mister and Charlie Sexton to start. Hoping for better.

VHM Pete T "Face the Face"

more LNs: Dream Academy, Oingo Boingo, Sting, The Goat.

BOSFRA ZZT "Stages"

And Bob played Broooce, "My Hometown" -- interestingly the B-side was "Santa Claus is Comin..." but we didn't get that, despite Bob's Xmas focus this month.
