Proxy for Geoff, "Bertha".  Don't think I've ever hear the album version before, just various live versions & the Los Lobos tribute cover.

ETA: okay, having checked I now realize this must be a live version afterall.  I'm only a wannabe deadhead.

Hope some of y'all tune in soon, this is a stellar set so far...

Ike & Tina "Proud Mary" (with Tina's spoken intro)
Dead "Bertha"
soundbite from A Clockwork Orange, Alex describing watching the "bits of ultra violence" while listening to "Ludwig Van, 9th symphony, 4th movement."
Santana "Everything Is Coming Our Way"

Another gem:  Fleetwood Mac "Woman Of 1000 Years"

I suppose I should proxy this for Urth.

Preceded by Paul & Linda McCartney "Heart of the Country", which I mostly missed due to cow orkers.

Duane!  Such great guitar work on "Revival".  Maybe best intro guitar solo ever.

Nixon announces his first price freeze.

And finally wrapping up with Rod Stewart "Reason To Believe".
