Btw Rod, I get your point about the imperative of *having* to listen at 10 if you wanted to hear the show.  An intangible urgency there, but I like being able to listen on my own schedule too.

Thought I'd give the Sound's version a try today, but it's pretty much as I remember it. Lots of obvious songs and nothing too deep.

Will probably be spending more time at WTF going forward. Hey, I've never really listened to whatever they program in the 1pm (ET) slot.

It will indeed be interesting to see whether the Right follows through on its threat to reject any and all Obama appointments until a new President is sworn in. But that would mean the court would remain a 4-4 ideological tie for over a year, and it certainly would not reflect well on them in the coming election cycle.
