Big Rick is apparently doing 10@10s (on Fridays only?) in Napa on The Vine
https://www.facebook.com/993thevine/photos/a.127635980616365/2041112562602021/?type=3&theater
Someone shared the above FB post but I see no mention on the Vine's actual website.

Wasn't able to listen (the Vine's player doesn't work on my office PC) but apparently they did... 2004. Not my idea of an auspicious beginning :)
-
Did anyone catch last Friday's episode? I still haven't tuned in yet.

It's off my radar, as the Vine's player doesn't work on my office PC. But I'm curious what folks think.
BTW, after promoting the first show (10/26) on FB, they didn't post anything about the next Friday. Seems odd.

Still haven't found any evidence of what they did last Friday (11/2) but today it was... 2010.
Good Charlotte Like It's Her Birthday
The Black Eyed Peas Don't Stop The Party
Toby Keith American Ride
Jack Johnson At or With Me
Corinne Bailey Rae Closer
Enrique Iglesias, Juan Luis Guerra Cuando Me Enamoro
Scorpions Raised On Rock
Ray LaMontagne Beg Steal Or Borrow
The Black Keys Tighten Up
My Chemical Romance Na Na Na
Given that they only do it on Fridays, and have gone to the 2010s TWICE in 3 weeks... methinks I have no desire to listen or even continue to document this thing.

I can't tell if 10at10 is still happening, but the Vine certainly is eclectic. These are the first three songs I heard:
Once Bitten, Twice Shy - Great White
You Worry Me - Nathaniel Rateliff and the Night Sweats
Little Red Book (!) - Love
Weird.
I hadn't listened to 10at10 in months. It's just not as much fun if people aren't listening at the same time. But I guess it's gone. Is Denis working on the air at the Bone?

Re: The Vine; I *guess* they're still doing 10@10 -- there's a listener post on their FB page from last week that says "I love 10@10!" -- but no mention of it on their website, which seems odd. There was also a recent comment about their "new format" and their Just Played box showed "True Blue" by Madonna (!) which i would not have thought was in their wheelhouse.
Re: Dennis, I don't see him on the Bone's website but 2 of their DJs (Chasta and Baby Huey) do stuff for Dennis's Soundwaves TV. Dennis has not done a new 10@10 since November, so I guess he's done with that.

In regards to The Vine, they air new 10at10s in Fridays. Monday through Thursday they re-air older episodes. The problem is there is a limited amount of episodes to choose from, so some episodes have repeated three times already. If you’re a casual listener, then you probably won’t notice.
Today’s is 1983 (I caught David Bowie’s “Modern Love”). I’ll have to catch tonight’s replay.
