Wondering if DW does a food set or "Turkeys". He's seems to be more on the Morey wavelength, so I'm guessing the latter. The Food Set was an AL innovation, as I recall.
Songs with "Thank" in the title are a possibility too, I suppose.

I'm old school - bring on the Turkeys!

Turkeys are go! Listening party at 10:00?

Yup.
It's 10 great songs plus THREE bonus tracks. Some I agree are turkeys and some not. No "Tarzan Boy", sadly.

I'm on (10:03)

"Popcorn" followed by "KFF". Fast as lightning
-
Those cats were fast as...well, they were fast.
-
BOS for CJ Cregg!
Not sure an extended version of "Safety Dance" is necessary. I like the original tune.

Clarence "Turkeyman" Henry.

:) This song reminds me a little of Huey "Turkey-Piano" Smith's song. What's it called? The "Ha ha ha ha, gooba gooba gooba gooba" song. That would fit in well.

BTW, Sonoma's 102.7 The Wolf will be doing their own version of Turkeys all day tomorrow (tho' their definition seems closer to "hits From Hell").
http://kwvf.com/
and The Peak will be running "Alice's Restaurant" a couple of times (I think it's safe to assume KFOG will not play it this year)

"WKRP" FTW!

Sounds fun. KPIG is playing it a few times too. But you gotta subscribe for a big $5 a month, which I happily do.

What's a Pipkin, anyway?

"MMMMBop" is a great pop single by any measure.

Let's not be L-7!

Nope, but this is certainly a low point.

"Tubthumping" is also a pop masterpiece, IMHO -- though one that has become painfully overexposed in the last 2 decades.

"I get no cow!"

One of my favorite Karaoke songs - dial up the overblown English accent.

Sorry I missed the listening shindig. Am catching up now (without having read thru this thread for spoiler prevention) and I'm thinking this set must go to 11 or above, as we're into tune #8 and there's still 20 minutes to go. Some FFs, but for evergreen sets like this, slack shall be granted.
One, two, tres, quatro!!

Gets my vote for TTOS (Tastiest Turkey of Set).

From where I sit, this was the only intrusion of a HFH in today's turkeys.
All in all a fine representation of the Turkey tradition. One bustout, so far as I can tell (Herman's Hermits) but overall a bunch of turkeys that Dave would be proud of.
