three perfectly fine songs that have made multiple 10@10 appearances. I love "Town called Malice" but it's certainly in LN territory, 10@10-wise.

VHM just because I love the Boy's voice.
-
Asia, Heat of the Moment
This was my least favorite of the arena rock bands around when I was in junior high.
-
Anyone care to a venture a guess as to which band might surprise us before the end of the set? If AL was still here, I would have said Mission of Burma. I suppose none of the above is probably the most likely answer.
-
I might like you better if we slept together. VHM.

Quiz:
The man pictured above is
(a) the character from the film Barbarella after whom the band were named
(b) Simon Le Bon, in a tweet from last night

Great bass playing in this. I'll give it a BOS.

BOSFRA and a bustout, methinks. And agreed on Asia -- the worst sort of watered-down-prog AOR crapola.

Some sitcom into Roxy Music "To Turn You On"

not an unpleasant set (Asia aside), but other than the Adam Ant it's been Frequent Fliers all the way.

Square Pegs -- a major Morey fave.

I guess a lot of people are more nostalgic about feathering their hair and combs sticking out of their back pockets than me.

TANC? The night before this set I was listening to Avalon, one of the greatest albums
of the decade. Otherwise, while this set was pleasantly listenable, it had a high LNQ. Add
me to the list of people who found Asia wanting -- a super group that wasn't so super. I
would give them a "meh" rating.
