no clues as of 9:53
Meanwhile this Keane song is annoying as fuck. "sha-la-la-la-la-la-de-day"? Srsly?
ah, '84 -- Renee should (theoretically) do well here. But TFF is an LN TOTHK. and it's in the wrong year, no?
-
Just tuning in now TFF -
At a new job since May - new routines....
-
after you "Shout" you should "Relax", I guess. VHM FGTH.
-
uber-BOS Larry Flynt -- "when you wanna come" indeed.
LN2: DM.
-
uber-LN3: Prince.
-
Wolfie!
-
Every one of these songs takes me back to the 3.2 watered down night clubs.
-
Dead or Alive -- also a hit in '85. Jeebus.
-
Superhit 6 sweeper is back. Even though it could probably apply to any of these.
-
BOS Nik Kershaw -- a onetime Dave Morey VERY frequent flier, but not heard much in the AL era.
-
One Nite in Bangkok -- also an '85 hit. Seriously, how hard is this?
-
Maybe she's going all AL on us and going by release date.
This Murray Head song is certainly awesome.
-
BOS2 Prefab Sprout. That just swung this set around to the better side of average.
-
Wow I'm out a practice here I would have guessed Style Council on the last song, and Big Country on this one - but it's Icicle Works?

now you're just being contrarian ;)
LN-infinity: IcicleWorks.
-
I like "Ghostbusters" as much as anybody, but man this was not an interesting set.

Explaination: It was generally LN enough before Murray Head came along that even though that song raised the set's avg., it was still below average, in my opinion. (~.45). Prefab Sprout raised it to ~.57.
BOS3 Ghostbusters :D
-
no, Renee, Ghostbusters came out in June...
-
Ooh, she just called us out!

Ooh, she just called us out!

yeah i posted in the thread on the KFOG page that 3 of these songs were hits in '85. and we got into the old "release date -vs.- 'hit' " argument.
