Damn and blast! I'm out tomorrow from 8am until likely after 9pm at least. Hope I can make it home in time for the replay!

needless to say: BOSFRA. This surely must be a bustout. In fact I can't recall the last time I heard it -- even the NYC "prog-FM" stations didn't play this one.
Constantine must be busy entertaining Mr Dickey.
-
BOS2 Zep. Chick smoked Percy's stuff. *ahem*

I don't think he could've stopped this one. They used to play it out here, but it's been decades.

Joni's "California Coming Home" or whatever the proper title is.
-
Well, I asked for "Carey", but BOS3 Joni's "California". Blue is a pretty amazing LP all around.
-
BOS4 BBs, the gorgeous "Surf's Up". Canvas the town and brush the backdrop.
-
Boz takes me back to the week I moved to SF. Closing of the Fillmore West. Great album

BOS5 Boz "We Were Always Sweethearts" -- holee crap, this is a set for the ages.

Blue is indeed awesome. Can't believe I missed "Surf's Up". Tuned in for the tail end. BOS for some pretty obscure Boz! Sounds like he's fronting Chicago.

good description. A lot of his pre-Silk Degrees stuff is like that.
BOS6 3DN/Paul Williams, just because. There's a new docu about Williams that's supposed to be pretty good.
OMFG: Partridges! BOS7!

Not really, it was 10:07 on my cellphone when it came on the car radio. But Future Games was worth the wait.

Out here, I always thought CTA was ripping off the Sons of Champlin.
-
Macca can smell yo' feet a (s)mile away! BOS8.
-
BOS whatever for Macca.
I don't get the office to myself much most mornings, but glad I do today.
-
Another BOS for Sir Paul -- not sure I've ever heard "Smile Away". Certainly not more than once or twice.

I've said this before, but Ram, reviled by many critics at the time, really has aged very well.
But John clearly disagreed: BOS9 "How Do You Sleep". Hope someone's recording this set, it's beyond wondefful.
-
Haha, John's acid love letter to Paul. Another BOS for "How Do You Sleep".

I'm guessing song 10 will be "It Don't Come Easy"

Haha, but why do that without a George song? Though this is a very George-esque song. Maybe he's even playing the slide guitar part?
Bravo for Bill Cosby and Rita Moreno on "The Electric Company". I've seen that bit.

But it *is* a George song (he wrote & produced).
That was one HELLUVA set. More like it, please.

9:00 and I'm waiting to pick up dinner, 30 minutes from home . I might just make it. Then of course there's the small matter of staying awake thru the set...

at least 1 bustout here -- "Future Games". Thought the Partridges were but Dave played that one twice!. Not sure about the Boz; ceratinly a rarity -- it's not in the shraytabase but I can't swear AL didn't spin it before. One of the best year-based sets of the DC era, for sure.

I almost never "catch the replay" -- i'm pretty much a tv junkie. But last night was an exception. Does anyone know if Giter recorded and posted this? Awesome set.
