RIP
I'm playing Bare Trees right now.

what a loss. I saw him several times, with Fleetwood Mac, and once with his solo band Paris. He also got screwed by those sycophants in the RRHOF, and was not voted in with the rest of them.

I thought it was up to the band to say what members would be included and what ones wouldn't. But he really did get screwed. They inducted Jeremy Spencer, Danny Kirwan, and Peter Green, but ignored Welch and Bob Weston. I guess they really had it in for guys named Bob. (They also excluded Billy Burnette, Rick Vito and Bekka Bramlett, who came after the Buckingham Nicks lineup.)

I can see leaving out Bob Weston, who played guitar on two albums, and Dave Walker, who only sang on one, but the Bob Welch omission is glaring.
