Here's hoping -- the VD set AL did last year was quite good (pre-DC's meddling)... and it went to 11.

and who doesn't love the Sam Cooke classic mondegreen on Cupid?

BOS, J. Geils, and dedicated to my poor nephew James.  His recent fb posts indicate a devestating breakup in the works (8 months ago they indicated he was falling in LOVE for the first time, so "Fools In Love"/"Love Stinks" back to back is apropos).  His birthday is tomorrow, and we're all going out for fake Japanese food (Benihana), so we'll see how he's doing...

a few rice balls flung at your face by a knife-wielding Japanese show chef will cure anyone's blues!  That, and the onion volcano...
