Lee Pockriss wrote the music for '50s & '60s pop hits like “Itsy Bitsy Teenie Weenie Yellow Polka Dot Bikini,” Perry Como's “Catch a Falling Star,” Shelly Fabares “Johnny Angel,” "Leader of the Laundromat," a 1964 spoof of the Shangri-Las' "Leader of the Pack" by the Detergents; "Tracy" for the Cuff Links and "Playground in My Mind" for Clint Holmes. I never knew who wrote these songs, but I was a big fan of Bikini and Johnny Angel.
