Mike Bloomfield's Groovin', Ree-Ree's Thinkin', Moodies are Peak-in' and Traffic are Fantasizin'.

It's a "Beautiful Morning" indeed, as we dream about "San Francisco Girls".

"The Way" is certainly inevitable in a May-of-'97 look-back. Rob also played Everclear, Page/Plant, Pearl jam, Goo Goo Dolls, Wallflowers, Kenny Wayne Shepherd, Eve 6 and Semisonic.

Rob in the '70s never disappoints: I arrive just in time for my beloved "Ariel" by Dean Friedman. Sorry I missed SSJ&tAJs, "This Time It's For Real". Not sorry I missed the Iggles and Steve Miller.

OMFG! "Birdland"  uber-BOS.

T-Birds are tuff; HoJo places no blame; Stones take a hit to the body with PG's sledgehammer; INXS are listening to the rain on JCM's scarecrow.

Unlike Ahnuld & Maria, the Fixx's separation is a secret. Seger's like a rock, and Simple Minds listen to all the things Rev Camping she said.

Black Coffee in bed with JCM, Martha Motel and Asia; 6 months in a leaky boat with Split Enz, Scorpions and Haircut 100.

BOS Dave Edmunds' fab Broooce cover, "From Small Things, Big Things One Day Come"; uber-BOS2 Third World, "Try Jah Love"
