My dad bought his "Radio Free Nixon" album in '72, I loved it's concept: Nixon, tired of battles with the media, dreams of his own radio station, so can broadcast what he wants. Frye & Co do all the voices of the politicos of the day* airing news, sports, talk, ads, farm report, etc.  (*= Nixon, LBJ, Nelson Rockefeller, William F. Buckley, Spiro Agnew, Billy Graham, Hubert Humphrey, Truman Capote, Jimmy Stewart, Howard Cosell, George C. Scott, etc).  I got it a few years ago on CD, a two-fer that also includes his 1970 "I Am The President" LP: http://www.amazon.com/I-Am-President-Radio-Free/dp/B000BR6DDK

Great stuff -- I bought a Frye CD reissue  back in the '90s too. "I take responsibility -- but not the blame." Priceless.
