His latest film, with Kevin Spacey as lobbyist Jack Abramoff, is set to open soon.

George was a semi-regular poster at hollywood-elsewhere.com, a movie blog I frequent. An interesting, talented guy. Bummer.

This is a bummer.  I really loved - as depressing as it was at times - The Mayor Of Sunset Strip.

This is a bummer.  I really loved - as depressing as it was at times - The Mayor Of Sunset Strip.

yeah, great movie.  I saw it at a sneak preview screening at the Lumiere, and I'd like to say -- although I can't recall for certain -- that Geo H was there at the screening.  (I think it was one of the producers, now that I think about it..) 

Went to LA a couple weeks back and we ate ate Canter's Deli late one night-- we were saying how cool would it be to see Rodney eating borscht there.. heh heh ...  but no such luck.
