Dorothy Provine, 75, actress in the 1963 all-star comedy ‘It’s a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World’ and the early '60s TV series ‘The Roaring Twenties’.  Other films include ‘Good Neighbor Sam’ with Jack Lemmon in 1964, ‘That Darn Cat’ with Dean Jones and Hayley Mills in 1965, "The Great Race," "Who's Minding the Mint?," "Never a Dull Moment" and the title role in 1959's "The 30 Foot Bride of Candy Rock" opposite Lou Costello.  She grew up in SF.
