I'd be surprised, but anything's possible.  BOS Iggles "On the Border", def not a bustout but not a Katrina either.

Yep, the BadCo was indeed a first-timer, DB-wise anyway. And On The Border, def. not, but it was last heard in '06, so its welcome is not too worn out.

holy crap! a Geils bustout -- "Detroit Breakdown", y'alls!  BOS2 and proxy of Rod.

ETA: amazing this wasn't a fave of Dave "Mr Michigan" Morey.

Whoawhoawhoa--Geils, and that Detroit Breakdown. BOS1 and another bustout, pretty certain. No doubt they were one of the smokin-est bands of the mid & late 70s.

"Detroit Breakdown" is NTM; I'd have thought we'd segue from inflation/recession into 10cc's "Wall Street Shuffle."

BOS3 MFSB, which I used to think stood for "Mother-F---in' Son of a Bitch"

Not in bustout territory, but who cares? BOS2 to the fine MFSB and da TSOP.

You don't think it does?  I know the official story is that it stands for "Mothers Fathers Sisters and Brothers", but I ain't buying it.

BOS for TOP not changing horses.  Damn, there was good stuff in '74.

I saw TOP in the 80s at Wolfgang's (before it burned up, or down...).  Huey Lewis came out and said "my favorite band!" and sang this song.  Good times.

ETA again: tasty geetar solo.

You got a line, and I got a pole, I'll meets ya down by the fishin' hole!

BOS4, the oh-so-suave Mr. Palmer's Sailin Shoes/Hey Julia/Sneakin' Sally Thru the Alley medley!

Weird: I'm not finding this in the DB, but I know Dave played it a time or two.

Great minds....I can't say I know her stuff much at all, not sure she even had a hit to speak of. But it's the right period. Props to AL for diggin' really deep on that one.

BOS6 bitchin' EJ. The Quatro gets a VHMFRA, but it's not one of her best (Id've preferred "Can the Can").

BOS for Elton bitching at us.  I wondered if he ever pushed back on Bernie's lyrics.  This one's got some stinkers -- "I get high in the evening sniffing pots of glue".  Terrible.

ETA: And it IS TOP on the horns.  Excellent.

One more BOS: Joni, Raised on Robbery.

First he bought a '57 Biscayne, he put it in the ditch...

famously censored by some radio stations, including WABC in NYC.  Funny that Taupin, a straight guy, wrote such gay lyrics for Elton. ("GYBR", "All theGirls Love Alice", and "Bitch", which could be about every cocktail-party queen you've ever met.)

VHM Supertramp. Can't BOS this one as it was Dave's go-to song off Crime of the Century. I'd love for AL to play the title track some time though.

I did once, back about a month or so ago. No response on that one. I'll mention it again, but not holding my breath on that one.

Replay started a little early tonight--I tuned in at 9:58, and BadCo was a couple of minutes in.

Heard the last half of the replay last night while sorting laundry.

Maybe I can get by with listnening today as a couple of peoples are out (only 6 in the office normally at this point in time, but they're still hiring).
