Mickey Thomas and Elvin Bishop fool around. But not with each other.
Hey wait, what does Robbie Dupree's "Steal Away" have to do with... oh. Never mind.
-
VHM Foggit, "Fool For The City". BOS Beatles "Fool on the Hill" -- still-inexplicable-to-me proxy of GazWOS.
-
NTM: ZZT, "Fool For Your Stockings" -- guess she really did have "L'Eggs" (and knew how to use 'em).
-
DUUUUUUUDE! You are like TOTALLY "Fooling Yourself"! BOS2 Styx. Foolish cheeze for breakfast!
-

Heh, well played.
HM Styx.

BOS3 and nicest surprise: Cuba Gooding SENIOR shows us the *real* money, honey.

WOS "Fool to Cry", one of my least-favorite Stones songs. I'll tell ya "What's wrong", Mick: yer the World's Greatest Rock'n'Roll Band and ya released this wimpy ballad as the lead-off single from one of your worst LPs.

When your guitarist and co-songwriter is incapable of contributing meaningfully, you make do.
This is indeed wimpy - but I'd rather hear it than "Fool on the Hill." :)

"Fool" Hall of Fame Citation: Ree-Ree.

I'd've BOS'd the Foghat, just because.

Has Lulu's Oh Me Oh My (I'm a Fool For You, Baby) ever appeared in an April Fool set? I'm thinking no.

I'm quite sure it'd be an ATBB. Hope you saw my blog post today on that song!

And now, the Anthem. Always a BOS for anything from "Who's Next".
-
And here's yer "Fool to Cry". Yeah, pretty embarrassing song.

Dude, you're on the Austin thread, but listening to the LA set. Either that or you're stuck in a Twilight Zone episode.

BTW, I believe Dave played the Lulu tune on 10@10 once (tho' not in an April Fool's set). Great blog post, Gaz -- I may have to post a bunch of "Fool" YouTubery on Facebook today.

If I'm not mistaken, 8 out of 10 from Bob's set reappeared in the LA set. Only trade Styx for Def Leppard & ZZ Top for the Who.
