One of the greatestTV shows EVAH, and yes -- they're doing a remake with Jim "Jesus" Caveizel as #6 and Ian McKellen as #2.

He was also the lead in Secret Agent, which gave us the Johnny Rivers song of the same name, as well as portraying Dr. Christopher Syn in "The Scarecrow" which gave me nightmares annually when it was shown on Disney's Wonderful World of Color.

I like to note that he was married to the same woman since 1951. Now that he & Paul Newman are gone, I wonder how many other Hollywood marriage are left of that length?
