Wow, there's a flashback. Used to hear it pretty regularly on freeform FM back in the day. Would LOVE to hear their other dope-smuggling tune, entitled Henry.

KPIG still plays both tunes; they may be the only commercial station in the US that plays pot tunes so unapologetically.  I grew up in Glendale, Queens, so "Glendale Train" was a fave.

Why would you assume that?  AFAIK, it's still the ritual.
