I always used to confuse Maria McKee with Aimee Mann for some reason (band-fronting women who later went solo).

VHM Eurythmics.

Yeah, but Maria was far hotter. Wonder what she looks like now?

BOS2 Bryan Ferry's Temptation. (And proxy of Cairo's favorite Sexy Voice.)

ETA: To answer my own question, here she is in a shot dated last year:

I'm here but got nothing to contribute. You know me and the 80's, not much of a relationship.

Is this an official Narada?  I'm sure I've never heard this song anywhere but 10at10.  It's quite odd.

It might be one for you.  But it was big on MTV back then, and got serious alternative radio play in NYC as well.

Yeah, it was a bustout when I thought it was Aztec Camera. But your edit came while I was composing my reply, so I didn't realize it was really PS. I retract the bustout proclamation.  :-[

def on my short list of greatest lyrics of the '80s (and maybe of all time). And it woulda been a rarity had Dave played it, even tho' he plays their "Fisherman's Blues" quite often in '89.
