Title: RIP Dead attorney Harold Kant

The Dead is living up to its name this week with the passing of band associates Merl Saunders and now Harold Kant, their longtime attorney, 77:

I met him once in my past life, dealing with a band member and my old guitar company.  I remember him as being very bright, good natured, and clear on his vision for his client.  Entropy takes another one.
