A few months ago on PBS I saw a documentary on the Kingston Trio, learned more about their story, more appreciative of their place in music history.

I had relatively heavy exposure to the KT as a kid -- Dad had a few lps. I still know all the words to "The Merry Minuet."

My dad did too. I can't say I remember all the words like Rod, but I certainly heard a bunch of their records a whole bunch of times.
