Title: Happy Birthday Crazy Mike.
Post by: Lightnin' Rod on February 29, 2008, 09:20:53 AM
Okay, so you don't know Crazy Mike, but he only has a birthday every four years, so it's special.  You'd be crazy too if you were born on Leap day.

He's 12.

I sent in an email today, we'll see if he get's in the birthday club.

I got a friend like that--Greg Muck. (Yes, his last name is Muck.) He's 10 today, I think. I've known him since he before he was 5. Also kinda crazy--but a good guy.

Gretchen Christopher, formerly of the Fleetwoods ("Come Softly to Me," etc.), is another Feb. 29 child, and she had a clever idea four years too late.  She recently released a CD titled "Sweet 16" -- four years ago, she had her own Sweet 16th b-day while everyone else her age was turning 64.

Among those celebrities (maybe) to celebrate a birthday on Feb. 29th: actors, Dennis Farina (formally of Law and Order), Antonio Sabato Jr., Alex Rocco, musician Ja Rule and NHL player Simon Gagne.

One of my favorite character actors! Famous as Moe Green in The Godfather and an Emmy-winner as obxovious Hollywood agent Al Floss on the short-lived sitcom The Amazing Teddy Z
