The Bete Noir of US Presidents since Eisenhower formally steps down.  Maybe we can finally normalize relations and get past all the obsolete Cold War rhetoric (I mean our policy towards N. Korea is more sane than towards Cuba, and Kim is demonstrably less sane than Castro).
