I BOS'd "How Long" last week as a retort to Gaz's dissing of Mr Carrack, but twice in one week is too much.

Good set so far, but I'm still waiting for something to knock me out. Lennon or KC are probably closest so far.

Yeah, kinda by-the-numbers for a Dave '75 set. His Xmas vacay must be starting soon.

Sorry to be a crankypants, but not even "Tangled Up in Blue", the most-(over)played track from this LP, is doin' for me today.

Did I miss something? it seemed to me that Dave cut the clip before he said "CL" -- I did hear him say "Corrrrdoba", tho'.

"I Only Wanna Be With You" borrows the guitar riff and acknowledges it in the lyrics: "I'm tangled up in blue, and I only wanna be with you", or something along those lines.

The "silver cup" is the grail, or at least a cup of Christ's blood (or so I've always assumed).

BOS for TUiB, one of my favorite songs ever.

Gets my vote too, and it's way up on my list as well.  That last stanza, I've always identified with, more than I usually do with Dylan:

So now I'm goin' back again
I got to get to her somehow
All the people we used to know
They're an illusion to me now
Some are mathematicians
Some are carpenters' wives
I don't know how it all got started
I don't know what they're doin' with their lives
But me, I'm still on the road
Headin' for another joint
We always did feel the same
We just saw it from a different point
Of view --
Tangled up in blue.
