it's 1974 on the Drive too right now, as Bob is spinning side one of the Stones' It's Only Rock and Roll, and I had to switch back for tracks 4 & 5.

1  If You Can't Rock Me
2  Ain't Too Proud to Beg
3  It's Only Rock 'N Roll (But I Like It)
4  Till the Next Goodbye
5  Time Waits for No One

VHM AWB in the year of initial release, I guess.  ("Pieces" wouldn't become a hit until spring of '75)

Sorry I missed it--when I tuned in the player still said "Scarlet Begonias" but they were Cuttin' the Cake instead. One of my fave Dead tunes.

VHM, Carpet Crawlers.

I know "Carpet Crawlers" is supposed to be "Genesis when they were good", but it's a bit of a Guilty Displeasure for me. That unnecessary remake a few years ago didn't help either.

BOS Chinatown clip, I got to watch a little of it over the weekend at my mother-in-law's house, and have been thinking everynight driving home that I should get my copy off the shelf and watch it straight through again, if only to see if I still want to say that I rank it in my personal top 10.

so I watched it last night, first time for my wife.  Still a great movie, several things I picked up that I may have missed entirely until now.
