I'm here to start this thread, but not to finish it.  And given Bob's '80s track record, that's just as well. Tho' Seger's "Roll Me Away' is a pretty decent start.

proxy of gaz (iirc), America, "You can Do magic" -- considered fairly lame at the time, but it's better than that Nada Surf cover of theirs that KFOG is (over)playing now.

You know darn well it gets a BOS from me.  Especially for that little typewriter-return-chime effect after the title phrase -- gets me every time.

America covered a Nada Surf song on their "comeback" album?  Yikes.
