For years I thought "memoria" was "Anne Maria", and I wondered Who's She?

I don't know about that, but I do always enjoy hearing the plugged version of this.  The unplugged version that KFrOG usually plays sucks.  And they lyrics do creep me out every time.

BOS for REM.

One of my faves of 2003 (wow) was The Bad Plus's excellent cover of "Smells Like Teen Spirit" featuring the signature chords beautifully banged out on a piano.

Oh lookie -- video on NPR.  Nice:

And they happen to be playing at the Independent on Nov. 10.

9/13/2006 - Wednesday! The big wheel stops on...1992!!!

1.  Lemonheads - It's a Shame About Ray
2.  John Wesley Harding - Kill the Messenger
3.  Nirvana - Come As You Are
4.  REM - Try Not to Breathe
5.  Red Hot Chili Peppers - Under the Bridge
6.  Thomas Dolby - I Love You, Goodbye  (BEST OF SET!!)
7.  Madonna - Erotica
8.  Toad the Wet Sprocket - Nightingale Song
9.  Robert Cray - I'm a Good Man
10.  Tori Amos - Crucify

BONUS TRACK:  Paul Westerberg - Dyslexic Heart

Not Paulie's best, but still, not a bad selection for the bonus and certainly more scarce than most of the set ('cept maybe the JWH or Madonna).
