I Need A Miracle, indeed.
and here's Nick Lowe, "They Called it Rock"! Definite across-the-board bustout. BOS.
"They cut another record
It never was a hit
And someone in the newspaper
Said it was shit"

OMGWTFLOL! "Paradise by the Dashboard Light" BOS2 Mr Loaf... and VVHM Ellen Foley. "What's it gonna be, boy?"
-
BOS Clash, "Safe European Home". Another very impressive late-'70s outing from Rob. He's as in-his-element in these years as Dave is in the late '60s/early '70s.
Jackson Browne - Nothing But Time
Blondie - One Way Or Another
Bob Marley - Punky Reggae Party
Ramones - I Wanna Be Sedated
Tom Petty - Listen To Her Heart
Flash And The Pan - Hey, St. Peter
Grateful Dead - I Need A Miracle
Nick Lowe - They Called it Rock
Meat Loaf - Paradise By The Dashboard Lights
Clash - Safe European Home

That seems impossible, but... which 4 do you know?

I don't recognize the Clash song, but yeah, which 4?

I know the Blondie, Ramones, Flash/Pan, and Meat Loaf. If I've ever heard the GDead song I don't recognize the title, and the other titles are wholly unfamiliar to me. (Late-'70s rock is neither a strong point nor a point of great interest for me.)

I guarantee you've heard the Petty, whether you realize it or not ("you say you're gonna take her away/with your money and your co-caine"). And probably the Clash too. I will say I haven't heard the Browne since I bought the LP in '78.

The Jackson Browne tune, from Running on Empty, bears the distinction of being the only song, to my knowledge, ever recorded on a moving tour bus.
