An extremely ancient set--could we be going pre-67? It's been awhile I think.

He owes us a '68, actually. I'll be pleasantly surprised if it's pre-'67.

Yesterday Rob gave us '68 on 6/8, so I expect '69 on 6/9.

OK, '69 is not exactly recent, but yeesh, we have '69 sets all the damn time. He made it sound like we were going way way WAY back, which is why I thought 66 or earlier was possible.
That said, VHM Get Back--a week and a day ago I was standing outside the place they last played live, this very song in fact.

BOS Com-com-commotion! one of the CCR tracks you rarely hear.

Yeppers!
And BOS2, Chicago, Questions 67 and 68. One of my favorite songs--in 1974. Peter Cetera, when he was good.

Damn, sorry I can't listen. I'm at my 4th desk in 5 days (hrmph, Jane had five weeks to find a place for me to work) and most of these Macs don't have audio software installed & it's bad form for me to go around installing software on other people's computers. Guess this is how I remain in compliance with the law that one cannot enjoy oneself while at work.
Back to reading lame-ass Paste magazine, I guess.

there was indeed something in the air (and I don't mean cannabis). Nice seg, dave.

Ya don't have to do that. I'll still BOS The 'oo for obscurity and weird backwards clicking sounds and great bass playing that I hadn't noticed before (near the end).

Hot Fun in the Summertime in Munich, Deutschland is up over Costa Rica 3-1 with only a few minutes remaining.

BOS2 Joe Jeffrey Group, "My Pledge of Love". a great OHW.
And a definite spin from vinyl. The clicks on this one sound like a geiger counter just outside Las Vegas.
Oh, and I'm with Dave on the 'Oo tune, Sparks or no. Great great song.

I found it rather amusing to hear the Morning Show trying to jump on the World Cup bandwagon this morning. Last bandwagon they jumped on was the Sharks (several months too late) and they were eliminated from the playoffs shortly thereafter.
