We've had this discussion before, but I distinctly remember holding this LP in my hands in 1977 at my college station.

Damn, it never pays to sleep in.

Just in time for Clapton, small consolation.  But I love the line "I got a woman calling love pain."  Myself, I've more often had women calling pain love.

BOS #4 Surrender.

I certainly can't recall it; on rare occasions that he plays "So It Goes" I always think "why not 'Breaking Glass'"?

BOS6 (!) Kinks. "Don't Forget to Dance", er, I mean "Misfits"

there seems to be a lot of buzz that it's very much a straight-ahead remake of the '78 version, rather than a reimagining of the material.

There's a lot of bad buzz, too, traceable to the fanboy message boards -- the Superman geeks have had a lot of homophobic comments to make. Singer is openly gay, and the comments are along the lines of "he's gonna 'gay up' Superman the way he 'gayed up' the X Men."  And of course he's got Kevin Spacey playing Lex Luthor...

this is a pretty obscure track.  I could never imagine Dave playing this, and he likes the Dead.
