After that intro, I'm guessing probably not, but I do guess we'll get Los Lobos "Shakin' Shakin' Shakes" & the Blasters "I'm Shakin'"

Where is everybody? So far nothign really exceptional unless you want to count going way back for "Shake Rattle & Roll".
"Estimated Prophet" & "Living on the Faultline", predictable but nice enough.

Dentist appt this am, so I missed the first couple songs of the set--first thing I heard was the end of the Chris Isaak. What'd I miss? It's been the typical Earthquake Day set so far as I can tell--Shake, Rattle & Roll, Shakin' All Over, etc. Closest thing to a surprise was the Natalie Merchant, which at least had some local relevance.

is that song called "Go West"? 'cause I'd've preferred the Village People song of the same name (or the Pet Shop Boys' cover).

Nope, it's called San Andreas Fault, I think. Dave mentioned it when they were talking to the Brit seismic geologist during the 8am hour. It's a fave song of his, and Dave tipped that he was going to play it in the set.

I enjoy anything from Live at Leeds, and it's not every day you get to hear Me First & the Gimme Gimmes, so we finished up nicely.
I guess after Bob & Ginger each took us to the late 60's my hopes were set higher, but this sounded like a largely Foghead-chosen set.

Agreed. It also sounded kind of like the same set we hear every year.
Too bad Dave didn't pick up at least ONE of our suggestions.

Bonus: Tony Bennett. And the Foghead had to ask "which Tony Bennett song?"!!! WTF???

I didn't realize until seeing the list that the Craig Easley thing was considered part of the setlist -- I thought it was a "prelude", if you will. I like it, but no way it shoulda been included in the count. It's a one-minute poem, not a song. That's cheating, Dave.
