You too, Beejman! It'll be happier if this isn't a Huey Lewis "Katrina of Love" 1985 set.

Nothing to do with 1985, but Happy Birthday to Davy Jones and Michael Nesmith!

This will be one of the best '85 sets of all time if we escape without any egregious Katrinas.

Does Scritti Katrini count?  Actually, this sounds good to me today.

Re: the mexico quake, I was a Noo Yawker vacationing in LA when that happened (Sept '85).  Sitting in Malibu watching it on TV was a tad surreal.

This is, like, what the band plays while you're trying to sneak out of the theater to avoid the cops standing in the audience....

I think we agreed that Dave only overplayed that in '02 & '03.  In fact I'll wager we've heard it more often in 'classic' sets since then than in new sets.

WOS Bryan Adams.  I can tolerate "Summer of '69" but sheesh, this is power balladry at its most stultifying.

Computer glitch!  Instead of a replay of today's 1985 classic, we're getting Tuesday's stellar '69 set!  No complaints from me.
