As soon as Dave got done playing "In My Life" I switched over here & guess what, just in time to hear it again.  TANC

not mine, I always thought it redundant.

I wish he coulda created a couplet with "they look just like two butched up gurus".  Now that would have been a line.

Later when Ginger played "Strawberry Fields Forever" I was thinking that this was one song that Dave surprisingly hadn't played yet.  But now 15 mimnutes later, he is.

Rob Arrow played an alternate take, which I'm now listening to on the replay.  Many are congregated at Strawberry Fields in Central Park as I type this; perhaps I should be among them, but I opted to come in from the cold and get my work done.

What hurts the most about John's premature departure was that he was an idealist, and today we could really use a few more of those.  What have we got now in that role, Bono and what?
