presumably it's our '70s day, tho' it *is* Mickey Mouse's birthday, so she could do 1982 and play Toni Basil :)
OMFG: 1970 -- "Deja Vu" indeed.

It's Deja Vu all over again.

VHM "Sugar Magnolia". Everything delightful, all right.

VHM "Sugar Magnolia".
BOS from me... :-)

Janis on Cavett --> "She's a Lover", the Pretty Things. BOS2FRA -- a bustout, I'm guessing.
-
Interesting interview with Janis. Not popular in high school.

NTM. Interesting stuff. I'll give it a BOS for mind expansion.

Not one I know well, but it sounds really good. And I'd be surprised if it weren't a bustout.
-
More Janis --> Kristofferson's version of "Bobby McGee". Nice.

Hippies were never popular in Texas.
-
still more Janis --> "Born to Wander", Rare Earth. VHM to a lesser-heard hit of theirs.

I'll give it a BOS for some Blue Oyed Soul.

Van the Man gets stoned by water. Or something.
-
Dat bitch Linda Eastman has Paul by the balls --> "Lovely Linda". heh. BOS3 for one from that LP you never hear.
OTOH, "Maybe I'm Amazed" is an uber-LN at this point.

Always BOS for George.

Now George "All Things Must Pass" -- BOS
BOS for me as well. This always reminds me of the memorial set DM did the day after George died.
-
Beatles break up --> "All Things Must Pass". uber-uber-BOS4 and segue of the day.
-
Hendrix obit ---> "Them Changes"
-
News: Jimi Hendrix dead --> "Them Changes", Band Of Gypsies version (I think)

Another BOS. Definitely not the Buddy Miles version I'm used to hearing.
-
"Let's Work Together" -- the Canned Heat version (I think).

we hardly ever hear either, so it takes a while to get my bearings. 'twas quite a cover battle on the Billboard chart at the time: CH got to #26; WH to #30.

Nos. 1, 3, 7, and 8 appear to be bust-outs.
ETA: corrections

The CSNY actually has one Morey-era appearance in the Shraytabase. But it's astounding that "Maybe I'm Amazed" is a bustout, you'd swear Dave woulda played it multiple times. But he never did. It's still LN-y to my ears because it's one of the most overexposed of Macca's solo tunes. So it's one of those rare LNs that's not an FF, I guess.

I have a six-day hole in my records after Christmas that year, presumably because the set lists
were never posted.

Not so rare, I think. My guess is that Dave did play this and other "hits" over the years, but they
had become LN by the time we entered recorded history and he was no longer spinning them. Although
no specific examples come to mind, I know that in the post-Morey era there have been several such
bust-outs, and occasionally I noted them at the time.
ETA: When she played George Harrison I thought she might be going for a Beatles sweep at the end, in
which case it would have been very easy to continue with bust-outs, especially for Ringo.

Most interesting are the LN/no appearances
Van the Man's "Brown-Eyed Girl" has apparently never appeared (at least as far as our records show) and it's one of the most-played oldies in radio history, so that would be LN to me.
