Title: 10 Nov 2015: it's... 1977
Post by: RGMike on November 10, 2015, 08:43:34 AM
Will AL take that 1976 suggestion to heart?  (and play Heart? as well as Mr Lightfoot?)

'77??  -- that's just sad.  To come THATCLOSE and miss. I mean, had she done '85 or '01, fine, but... 'cmon.

Having said that, live Elvis C doing "Just Don't Know What To Do..." is pretty sweet and sure beats hearing "Red Shoes"  for the billionth time.  BOS1

Hard to be bummed about 1977, but why go there when there's such a good reason to go just one year earlier?

Exactly.  Tho' as someone in 'snipeland pointed out, AL may not be spending much time on FB lately.

Closest to an LN so far and it's song 7!  Still, The Dan's "Deacon Blues" is undeniably swell.

Very swell. BOS, even with Nick's label in the set.

Why am I not surprised you're ok with this song?   :-)

well, F.Mac is unavoidable in '77.  At least it's not one of the overexposed "hits".  This has been quite a fine set.

The set sounded mighty fine while driving in the car (hence no posts from me). :)
