I assume it's our '70s day, but you know what happens when you assume.

another old one, based on the opening.

and my assumption is wrong, of course: 1983 with a "Maniac" of a TOTHK.

That Frida song has only appeared one other time before today, and the Echo song has just two appearances before this. Not sure what else qualifies as a rarity from this lot, but those two are pretty good ones.

a certain FB'er says AL had the knife in the mouth today!  I didn't have the heart to tell him it was a rerun.
